レーザー距離計の精度は、主にレーザーの送受信時間の計算精度に依存します。採用された技術と応用機会に応じて、レーザー距離計は、約1mの精度の従来のレーザー距離計(主にアウトドアスポーツ、狩猟などに使用される)と、測量とマッピング、土地測量、建設、エンジニアリングアプリケーション、軍事などの高精度レーザー距離計に分けることができます。

Considering the safety of human eyes, telescope systems such as pulse laser rangefinder can not be used, and the range is small. The typical ranging range is 0.5mm to 150m. Generally speaking, the phase laser rangefinder adopts 635 nm (red vision) laser as the debugging object, commonly known as infrared rangefinder. Because the propagation speed of ultrasonic wave in the air is greatly affected by temperature, humidity and air pressure, the measurement error is large. Due to the long wavelength and short propagation distance of ultrasonic, the measurement distance of general ultrasonic rangefinder is short and the measurement accuracy is low. However, as a fan, ultrasonic transmission has more characteristics than photoelectric rangefinder. It is widely used in safety protection, cable height measurement, obstacle detection and other fields.
